On Restoring Full Historical Justice with Iosif Vissarionovich Stalin: The Resolution of the 19th Congress of the CPRF

Abstract

The history of Russia and its Soviet heritage are attracting increasing social attention. Russia is currently making efforts to overcome the destructive influence left over from the Gorbachev-Yeltsin eras. It is undeniable that the most significant historical events of the 20th century all occurred during the eras of Lenin and Stalin–the great October Socialist Revolution, the establishment of the Soviet Union, the victory over German fascism and Japanese militarism, the mastery of atomic energy, and the first conquest of space. It was precisely in the arduous struggle against both internal and external enemies that the country explored and established the correct path of development.
