##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.main##
Abstract
The Belt and Road Initiative, Global Development Initiative, Global Security Initiative and Global Civilization Initiative are international public goods developed and offered by China, and also important practices in building a community with a shared future for humankind. They have great value for theoretical research and significance for practical exploration. At the level of theoretical research, this article analyzes: the underlying logic of the initiative from a world perspective; clarifies the transcendence of Western capital-logic and the response to the objective requirements of the development of productive forces; clarifies the logic of the main body of the initiative from China’s perspective; and discerns the evolution and motivation of the role played by China in the activation of international public goods during the process of globalization, including ideas for the construction of a system of international public goods. At the same time, developments and changes in the world require the profound promotion of practice. Guided by theoretical research, the following practical approaches are proposed: China will reinforce the foundation of the Belt and Road Initiative; accumulate the strength of the three major global initiatives; and through research and development seek breakthroughs in updating international public goods. Therefore, China will continue to contribute Chinese wisdom and solutions to meet new challenges and solve new problems of humanity.
